Men aim for 150.
Yes, there are exceptions. But we’re not digging into the weeds here.
Grass-fed beef is a great choice. As well as anything hormone and antibiotic-free.
Also, if you’re taking HCG, your protein goals will be different here.
So be mindful and stick to the rules!
Step 5: Avoid polyunsaturated fats as much as possible.
