Ingredients
- 100 grams lean ground beef (cubed)
- 1 Celery (or cabbage or tomato) diced
- 2 cups Beef Broth or veggie broth
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/8 tsp Basil
- 1/8 tsp Oregano
- pinch Thyme
- pinch Paprika
- pinch Chili Powder
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine onion, garlic and spices with beef broth.
- Add celery and diced beef.
- Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 vegetable)
