- 100 grams Shrimp
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
- 1-2 Celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp Red Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Green Onion chopped
- pinch Thyme
- Cayenne to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Add spices and vegetables to broth and simmer for about 15 minutes until celery is softened.
- Add the shrimp to the mixture and cook an additional 10-20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
