  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and spices and a little water and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Serve taco style in lettuce or romaine leaf with a side of tomatoes or salsa.
  5. Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 vegetable)
