- 100 grams Chicken cubed
- 1/2 Onion diced
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45 mins.
Recipe Notes
Note: The chicken can go straight from the freezer to the saucepan or crockpot. If frozen, I place the breast in whole, and then when the soup is finished, I cube or shred the chicken. Very flavorful!
