Someone recently asked me…
“If today was your LAST day alive, what would you regret?”
A scary thought, right?
It’s hard to comprehend taking our last breath.
And not because of death itself, either.
What really makes it hard is thinking about all the things you may have wanted to do…
But never actually made the time to experience.
Like becoming the trim and fit version of yourself you’ve always wanted to be so you can finally feel what it’s like to be comfortable in your skin and proud of how you look…
… or perhaps even jet-setting off to paradise and not feeling afraid or ashamed of strutting around in your two-piece because you know you look freaking AMAZING in it.
Honestly, it could be anything.
I’m sure there’s something you can think of.
But here’s the scariest part…
There’s ONE main thing that prevents people from doing what’s truly meaningful and can lead you to die with regret.
Know what it is?
It’s not having the courage to bet on yourself.
That’s it.
It’s the single biggest reason why most people never latch-on to the life they really want…
Doing exactly what they’ve always done…
Continuously feeling trapped, hoping their circumstances would just “magically” change for the better.
But this is no way to live, right?
So, when I answered my friend’s question, I said:
“I live my life without regrets because I promised myself I would ALWAYS make time to do what’s important, even if those things were uncomfortable or perhaps even scary at times. So whatever happens now, I’m okay with it. I know I’ve done my best to live my best life, and I know I’ll continue to do so.”
And if deep down YOU feel like you’re not living your best life because you may have lacked the courage to go “all in”…
But right now you’re feeling motivated to take big and bold steps to create the life you want for yourself and DESERVE…
Will there be challenges? Of course!
Will you want to give up at times? I’m sure you will!
But the alternative is to spend the rest of your life with a belly full of regret wondering “what could have been”…
And that, my friend, is no way to live — don’t you agree?
So bet on yourself today and then every day that follows.
You’ll never regret it…
And I promise… you’re worth it.
Rooting for you always,
