As part of the HCG Warrior family, I know you’re committed to maintaining a lifestyle that uplifts your health and brings you closer to that dream body.

Yet, sometimes, it’s the daily habits (the ones we barely think about) that hold us back the most.
Today, I want to talk to you about 10 common culprits (often hidden in plain sight) that might be undermining your health.
Let’s dive in and see if any sound familiar, shall we?

#1 – Spending All Your Time Indoors

Look, nature isn’t just beautiful; it’s necessary.
Studies have shown that time spent in nature can lower stress levels, enhance mood, and improve overall well-being.
But if you’re spending all your time inside?
Well, you’re not really getting those benefits, are you?
That’s why you should make it a point to step outside daily; your body (and mind) will thank you for it.

#2 – Eating Ultra-Processed Foods

These convenience foods are not so convenient for your body.
Linked to weight gain and chronic diseases, ultra-processed foods lack the nutrients your body craves.
If you’re scarfing down a lot of them, no bueno.
You gotta opt for whole, nutrient-dense foods instead.

#3 – Overexposing Yourself to Artificial Blue Light

You know, that light from your phone, tablet, TV, and computer?
The fact is, too much screen time with this kind of light can disrupt your sleep cycle and strain your eyes. Both of which aren’t doing any favors for your overall sense of well-being.
The American Academy of Ophthalmology recommends following the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
It’s not a perfect solution, but it’s a start.

#4 – Not Exercising or Walking Enough

The benefits of regular exercise extend beyond weight loss.
Just 30 minutes a day can boost your mood, improve sleep, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
If you’re not exercising or walking at all?
Well, you can expect the opposite: bad moods, crappy sleeps, and an increased risk of chronic diseases.
Remember, movement is medicine.
Lack of movement is poison.
Your choice.

#5 – Inconsistent Sleep and Not Enough Sleep

Quality sleep is foundational for health.
Most experts recommend between 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night to function at your best. Any less than that, especially on a consistent basis, can really throw a person off.
But you already knew that, didn’t you?

#6 – Overexposure to Estrogenics

Estrogenics are chemicals that mimic estrogen and can significantly disrupt your hormonal balance.
Found in some plastics and personal care products, they’re linked to weight gain and other health issues, too.
Opt for natural, non-toxic products when you can.
Otherwise, you’re just putting your body through a whole lotta trouble.

#7 – Eating After 7 PM

Late-night meals can affect your sleep and digestion.
A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that eating earlier in the evening may help prevent overeating and contribute to weight loss.
So, if you’re a late-night eater and you struggle to stay slim…
Might be wise to get those meals into you earlier.

#8 – Being Afraid of the Sun

While excessive sun exposure can be harmful, moderate sun exposure is vital for vitamin D production, which is essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation.
If you’re not getting outside and getting that D, you’re setting yourself up to be grumpier and more prone to sickness.
Ain’t nobody got time for that.
Get outside and get some sun!

#9 – Putting Chemicals All Over Your Skin

Your skin is your largest organ and absorbs much of what you put on it. The question is… what the heck are you putting on?
If this isn’t something you ever consider, chances are good you’re exposing yourself to harmful chemicals that are robbing your health and vitality instead of adding to it.

#10 – Drinking Unfiltered Tap Water

Tap water can contain contaminants that aren’t great for your health. How much of it are you drinking?
Investing in a quality water filter can remove these harmful substances, and ensure you’re hydrating your body efficiently.
And there you have it…
How many of them did you identify with?
Remember, awareness is the first step towards change, and every small step counts towards achieving your health and wellness goals.
The more of these habits you distance yourself from, the healthier and more vibrant you’ll ultimately be.
At the end of the day, that’s the goal, isn’t it?
Rooting for you always,
– Kurt the HCG Warrior
PS – With the first day of summer just month’s away, there’s never been a better time to kick body goals into high-gear.
The good news is that you don’t have to bust your
butt at the gym sweating your tail off for hours on end…
Instead, you could already be 20 lbs lighter (or more) by this time next month simply by using these.
